In March, we delivered a host of new features that make end-to-end privacy management even easier and more intuitive for privacy teams. Plus, we continue to deliver on our commitment to world-class customer experiences with new Guided Support Access.

New to the DataGrail Privacy Platform in March

DataGrail Consent Embedded Deployment | Phone Verification | Updated Risk Insights Email Notification | Inbound Assessments [Beta] | Guided Support Access | New Integrations

DataGrail Consent Embedded Deployment

DataGrail Consent has always integrated seamlessly with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for fast, easy deployment and dynamic no-code management. Now, we also offer the option to embed DataGrail Consent directly onto your website. 

Embedded deployment can be used in place of, or in conjunction with, a GTM deployment—providing greater control and flexibility for implementing and configuring your consent experience.

To set up an embedded deployment, just add a new DataGrail Container and select your configuration settings. DataGrail Consent will then create a native container preloaded with all necessary code and configuration settings and generate an embed script that can be added to your website.

Phone Verification

DataGrail Privacy Request Center customers now have the option to add automated phone number verification to the intake process. Phone verification works as an additional layer of security to email verification and can be used as a primary identifier. 

Simply add a phone number field to the intake form to take advantage of DataGrail’s automated verification process and use phone numbers for DSR management in supporting integrations.

Updated Risk Insights Email Notification

For Live Data Map customers, the weekly “new systems added” email will now include any new personal data categories detected via Responsible Data Discovery—ensuring you never miss a new potential risk.

Review the new categories at a glance or select “View Data Classification” to be taken directly to the Data Classification results in the app.

Inbound Assessments [Beta]

Okta and OneLogin SSO users now have beta access to Inbound Assessments. This handy new feature enables anyone in your organization, including non-DataGrail users, to create a risk assessment via a self-service link.

Here’s how it works: 

• Generate a shareable link to any assessment template.
• Share the link directly or embed it in an internal tool or workspace.
• Ensure secure access with integrated SSO identity verification.
• Enable co-workers to launch an assessment anywhere, anytime
• Get notified when a new inbound assessment is ready for review!

Guided Support Access

Our industry-leading support continues to get even better. Now you can use Support Access to grant DataGrail support staff temporary and secure access to your environment to help with debugging and product support.

The process is secure and easy:

• Complete customer control: Only DataGrail users can initiate sessions
• Flexible duration: You determine exactly how long access remains active
• Secure authentication: Only verified DataGrail support staff can use the access link
• Comprehensive audit trail: All actions are logged and available for download
• Automatic expiration: Access is revoked at the end of the specified period

New Integrations
